What happens after inquiry?

I will contact you on the details provided to arrange a complimentary 15 minute introductory call. This is a relaxed, no-pressure conversation to discuss your needs and to establish whether my approach is suitable for you. You will be given time to ask questions and further session details will be arranged during the call.

How does payment work?

Payment is made per session and is required in advance of our agreed session time. Full terms, cancellation policies and payment methods will be clearly outlined prior to the therapeutic work commencing.

Do you work with non-athletes or executives?

Whilst my primary work is specialised in high-performance motorsport professionals, teams and coaches, I reserved a limited amount of slots for high-achieving individuals, executives and professionals navigating high-pressure environments. If I am not personally able to offer my services, I am happy to refer you to trusted clinicians within my network.

Where are sessions held?

I work exclusively online with clients worldwide. This allows flexibility around race calendars, travel schedules, and busy commitments while maintaining complete privacy and comfort from your own space.

Is everything we discuss confidential?

Confidentiality is essential to my practice as a Psychotherapist. My role is to provide you with a safe space where you feel comfortable to discuss anything on your mind. Although there are legal limits to confidentiality (which you will be informed of), everything within our sessions remains with me. I will not share information with team managers, sponsors, media, or family.
