My mission is simple - inspire as many incredible women to stand up boldly as the business queen they are

I’m the kind of business owner that will remind you of the powerhouse you are for succeeding this far in your business but will also shine a mirror so brightly at you that you cannot do anything but be honest to yourself, even when all my alarm bells are screaming “risky question”.

from a whole-hearted desire and dedication to give your clients everything you feel they deserve

Whether that’s through skipping your bestie’s birthday brunch because you underestimated the severity of the project or completely crashed out after a hard week, I’m forever obsessed with the unlimited potential and endurance we women have.

But I also know that your lower ticket offers aren’t expanding your biz in the way you want right now and the impact of late nights, Netflix binges and missing out on experiences with the people you love is starting to take its toll.

It has you at war with your brain, doing the work that should be outsourced and contemplating whether you’re capable of providing the service you’ve been offering for the last four years

I’m no regular mindset coach

I’m a Psychologist, Psychotherapist and Mindset Coach.

Using generic mindset jargon, offering more strategy and suggesting you just ‘take big action’ isn’t my style.

Instead, I focus on understanding the core beliefs that are manifesting into voices of self-doubt and have you shying away from shouting about your highest selling package. I’m here to cheer for you, challenge you, hell even argue with you, all from a deep place of love and knowing that you are worthy of the ‘more’ that made you start your biz in the first place.

Other mindset coaches might do it differently.

But I know this isn’t just about the profitability of your company and the ability to have weekends off —it’s you looking back on your life with a smile and a heart filled with gratitude that you lived every last moment because you took a chance on yourself and decided to dream BIG.

I know this is about developing unshakeable trust in yourself so that you no longer need to seek external validation or find your worth in your balance sheet.

I know this is about destroying the social conditioning which has made you believe that you need to be the ‘quiet’, ‘polite’, ‘good girl’ and transform you into the powerhouse LEADER that shines so brightly you create a wave of inspiration in those around you.

Or make the haters put on their f*cking sunglasses- but you don’t care about them anyway.

I’m here to hold you, clap for you, empower you and wipe away a tear when I think how proud I am of you.

The story so far (and we’re only getting started!)

You’ve heard the story: burnt-out corporate girl turned business owner chasing freedom

But what if the story was actually about her personal journey in her exploration for MORE and tackling all the demon’s in her way to success (think the TV show Gladiator where they send the contenders flying off the podium with that earbud looking thing).

I discovered that I had designed this ‘humble’ life of people pleasing and it was everything my younger self did not want – stuck in a boring desk job with a lack of connection.

The more I turned inwards – on my thoughts, my beliefs, my actions and everything holding me back, I realised I had all the answers within me this whole time, I was just scared. Scared of success, judgement from others, the embarrassment of failing, the embarrassment of being seen as a leader.

I went from the smiley, polite, pushover

To empowered, no f’s given, CEO of my life and business

- I took the reins but actually I took control of my mind.

I know now that I was put on this earth to serve and encourage ambitious business owners to get the life they deserve.

It makes my body tingle that I get to do this every day.
